About us
Assessment-led physiotherapy
Back2Health is a physiotherapy practice in South Delhi. Shockwave therapy is one tool we may use — the clinical reasoning behind it matters more than the machine.
Quick answer
Back2Health provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation at Greater Kailash Part 1 and Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. Care begins with a clinical assessment, and treatment recommendations — including whether shockwave therapy is appropriate — follow from that assessment.
How we work
- Assessment before treatment, every time
- Clear explanation of the likely diagnosis
- Discussion of options, including doing nothing
- Progressive rehabilitation as the core of recovery
- Review of response rather than fixed packages
- Referral onward when that is the right answer
What we will not do
- Promise a cure or a guaranteed outcome
- Sell a fixed number of sessions in advance of assessment
- Describe shockwave as a substitute for rehabilitation
- Treat where there is a contraindication
- Continue a treatment that is not helping
